Quote request information is retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of submission, even if no policy was purchased.
Communications records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the communication.
When personal information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, we will securely delete or anonymize the information in accordance with our data retention procedures.
