1. Overview

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to any service fees, administrative fees, or consulting fees charged by Stanley Insurance Agency Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with insurance-related services provided through our agency. Please read this Policy carefully before engaging our services. By using our services and making any payment to Stanley Insurance Agency Inc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. This Policy is effective as of January 1, 2026. Insurance premium payments made to insurance carriers through our agency are governed by the policies and refund procedures of those respective carriers, not by this Policy. 2. Service and Administrative Fees

Stanley Insurance Agency Inc may charge administrative or service fees in connection with certain insurance transactions, including but not limited to: - Policy processing and placement fees - Endorsement processing fees - Consulting and policy review fees - Document preparation fees - Reinstatement processing fees All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to the completion of any transaction. By proceeding with a transaction after fee disclosure, you acknowledge and accept the applicable fees. Service fees charged by our agency are separate from insurance premiums charged by insurance carriers. Premium refunds are processed by the insurance carrier in accordance with the terms of your policy, not by our agency.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are non-refundable once the service has been fully rendered or the work has been completed: - Consulting fees for completed insurance reviews and policy analyses - Administrative fees for completed policy placements, endorsements, or changes - Document preparation fees for completed documents - Research fees for completed market analyses or carrier comparisons - Any fees associated with services that have been fully performed A service is considered "fully rendered" or "completed" when the agreed-upon deliverable has been provided to you, regardless of whether you choose to act on the advice or proceed with the recommended coverage. 4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund of agency service fees in the following circumstances: Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical error or processing mistake, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. Service Not Rendered: If you have paid a fee for a service that was not performed or delivered, you are entitled to a full refund of that fee. Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our part, we will correct the error and refund any overpayment. Cancellation Before Service Commencement: If you cancel your request for services before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ceo@stanleyinsuranceagencyinc.com. Partial Completion: In cases where a service was partially completed before being cancelled at our direction (not yours), a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion based on the percentage of work completed. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to review all refund requests and make final determinations in accordance with this Policy.

5. Insurance Premium Refunds

Insurance premium refunds are governed by the terms of your insurance policy and the policies of your insurance carrier — not by Stanley Insurance Agency Inc. We do not collect or hold insurance premiums; payments are made directly to or processed by the insurance carrier. If you cancel an insurance policy, any premium refund due to you will be calculated and processed by the insurance carrier in accordance with the policy terms. Common refund methods include: Pro-Rata Cancellation: The carrier refunds the unused portion of the premium on a proportional basis from the cancellation date to the policy expiration date. Short-Rate Cancellation: If you cancel a policy before its expiration date, the carrier may apply a short-rate penalty, resulting in a refund that is less than the pro-rata amount. This is standard industry practice and is disclosed in your policy documents. We will assist you in understanding your carrier's cancellation and refund procedures and will advocate on your behalf where appropriate. However, the final determination of any premium refund rests with the insurance carrier.

6. Cancellation Request Procedures

To request a cancellation of services or to initiate a refund request for agency fees, please follow these steps: Step 1 — Submit a Written Request: Send a written cancellation or refund request to ceo@stanleyinsuranceagencyinc.com. Include your full name, contact information, the service or transaction in question, the date of payment, and the reason for your cancellation or refund request. Step 2 — Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within two (2) business days. Step 3 — Review: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility within five (5) business days of receipt. Step 4 — Decision Notification: We will notify you of our decision by email. If a refund is approved, we will process it promptly. Step 5 — Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your payment method and banking institution. 7. Refund Processing and Timelines

Once a refund has been approved by Stanley Insurance Agency Inc, the following timelines apply: Credit Card Refunds: Approved refunds to credit cards are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional three (3) to five (5) business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Debit Card Refunds: Approved refunds to debit cards are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. ACH / Bank Transfer Refunds: Approved refunds via ACH or bank transfer are typically processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Check Refunds: In cases where the original payment was made by check or where electronic refund is not feasible, a refund check may be issued and mailed to your address on file within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days. Please note that these timelines are estimates. Actual processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, payment processor, and other factors outside our control. Stanley Insurance Agency Inc is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.

8. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may approve a partial refund rather than a full refund. Partial refunds may be appropriate when: - A service was partially completed at the time of cancellation - Only a portion of the service was rendered unsatisfactorily - A billing error affected only part of a charge - A pro-rated calculation is applicable based on the work performed The amount of any partial refund will be determined by Stanley Insurance Agency Inc in its reasonable discretion, based on the circumstances of the request and the value of services rendered. We will clearly communicate the basis for any partial refund determination.

9. Chargeback Policy

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback through their financial institution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If you initiate a chargeback for a charge that is not eligible for a refund under this Policy, or without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation supporting the validity of the charge. Chargebacks initiated for fraudulent purposes or in bad faith may result in the termination of our agency relationship and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
